Explore Experience

Is team-based strategic school staffing right for your context? If you have not already, register now for a Next Education Workforce Explore Experience. Participants complete this virtual site visit as pre-work, then join a live, 90-minute virtual session to hear from educators and leaders implementing team-based staffing models and consider the next steps for their context.

Arizona Site Visits

Travel to Arizona for this two-day event, which opens with an introduction to the Next Education Workforce followed by site visits to either elementary or secondary settings. At each school, you will have the opportunity to tour the learning space and interact with school leaders, educator team members, and students. After the site visits, you will work directly with members of the Next Education Workforce team.
